Telecaller responsibilities include:

• Engaging with potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services offered

• Assessing customer needs and requirements

• Handling customer grievances and offering advice to resolve them

• Keeping records of sales phone calls and noting useful information

• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items

• Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

• Noting important details of each conversation

• Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closing

Telecallers should have the following skills:

• Good sales ability

• Working data of relevant PC software systems

• Excellent social and drawback finding skills

• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
